These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Construction Empire: Forge & Build (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Payments and billing are handled by our reseller, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries and returns relating to payments.
Construction Empire: Forge & Build is a browser-based business simulation game. The core game is free to play. Certain optional convenience features may be unlocked through a one-time purchase.
All in-game Dollars, resources, vehicles and other virtual items exist only within the game. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be reset or changed as the game is updated.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorised ways.
Paid unlocks are processed by our payment partner. Prices are shown before purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
The Service may display third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of ads or the websites they link to.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
