These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Construction Empire: Forge & Build (the "Service"). Construction Empire: Forge and build is operated and owned by DUBIIDesigns (Seller ID: 370197). By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Construction Empire: Forge & Build is a browser-based business simulation game. Certain convenience features can be unlocked through a one-time in-game purchase. The core game is provided free of charge.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service or make a purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
• send spam or attempt to defraud us or other users;
• infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, or scraping data without permission;
• reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, artwork, branding and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

5. Payments & billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for details on requesting a refund.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued at any time.

7. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
